Preserved veggies: bottled up for another day

Decanted my pickled cucumbers (carrots & onions) from their briney fermenting pot into jars today. It was about a week ago that I started them off.

Not sure of the flavour yet, more salty and less vinegary than expected -edible all the same. My book said it was an art and not a science, so I'll just have to keep on trying.
