Knowledge management concept map

I was back on campus today for my usual Thursday teaching duties. In class today the students completed a group assessment in teams of five. One part of the task required them to produce a concept map of Knowledge Management. My blip shows the map of the red team.

I feel remarkably human despite my recent travels. Perhaps it's simply relief to be home again?
