Another book down, it's been a while since we had Gillian McKeith telling us to check our poo - this was a lot more humorous look at our inner intestinal & microbial workings.

A busy day getting stuff finished off ready for our field trip to the outer Hebrides first thing tomorrow morning - a sneaky peek at the weather looks like the gaiters & waterproofs may just be precautionary - here's hoping - last time we had snow (in April).
