Special Treat...

Hubs does not enjoy Indian food. Upon hearing that my friend Townie had never eaten Indian food ( how is that even possible??) We took off to a little place a couple towns over. I can't pronounce what we had but it was an off menu special and WONDERFUL! Some kind of cashew paste encrusted chicken with rice, naan ( plain and garlic), and 2 sauces: a spicy mint and tamarind. We ate way too much but it was so good!
