Matcha ado about it

A combo I've been thinking about for a while became Matcha Pear Ginger cake today! Topped with brûlée freeze dried pear and matcha fondant, the funniest thing about this cake is the "argument" the matcha layer and the ginger turmeric layer had about which would be on top in the pan!
