Please imagine you were one of soldier about 400 years ago in Japan. Now, you attack the Himeji Castle, dashing into a big first gate with your fellow. Though the first gate, you will find 3 ways, the right one, the front one, the left one. Only the front one can see the next gate. So you run in the front way, but it is the worst decision. You entered the narrow maze where the Himeji castle soldiers meeting against you.

Through the opening of the wall, Himeji armies fire guns shoot arrows. From stone drops on the wall, Himeji armies throw the stone or pour the hot water. The ceiling of the turret, Himeji armies hide and spear opponents.

The closer you approach the main keep, the narrower the gates become. The road curve many times. The chaos soldiers would be driven into a corner.

But fortunately, their facilities had never used, because that Himeji Castle has never been attacked by the enemy.

Himeji forces had never held the castle, so there is no evidence that the toilet in the first basement floor of the main keep had been used.

It is very delightful for us. So, we can enjoy the magnificent view of Himeji Castle.
