Gin Up!

Whilst over in the deep Alentejo we sampled some delicious Gin that is made locally. The distiller makes a batch of 300 bottles at a time and they are all numbered and signed individually by him. The Gin comes in regular clear style but this was the one I tried - with good tonic it was probably the best Gin flavor I have ever had - obviously snagged a bottle before we left! Sad to be ending our trip to Switzerland and Portugal - had a wonderful time
