Heartbreak

The Isle of Wight Ice rink has been part of my life for well over 20 years. 4 weeks ago we had devastating news the the bailiffs from a very underhand company had moved in and changed the locks. 

We have been fighting ever since, but today it was game over and the ice is being ripped up.

There is a get together tonight for staff and rink users, and this is one of my closest friends Jim. He's been part of the rink since it opened 25 years ago. Modeling 1994 uniform. (I'm impressed it still fits) 

My children figure skate, and play ice hockey and literally feel like my world has apart, my heart is breaking.
