Another Medal :)

It was Chelmsford's marathon today. We went along to cheer on a couple of people we knew and ended up signing up and taking part in the 5k. Having not run for a while I was pleased to get around without any walking. Nice medal. It's given me a boost which I needed to keep up with the running. My next run is a 10k in Feb. The winter run in London. I should be ready for it by then.
Did a bit of shopping for my holiday next week. I always take far too much. Think I'll really try and take only what I need this time.
Then off to Stratford for some swimming training. Andy came to watch. He took some great photos. I'll blip one tomorrow.
