So still

I was supposed to be seeing a friend in Southend this morning but she wasn't well.  I decided to go anyway, parked out of town and walked in.  The river was so still, quite eerie and not many people around, busier when I walked back.
Cleaned the car, did some gardening and a friend popped in and had a cuppa this afternoon.
This was the best of the 7 photos I took!  Will try to do better tomorrow
