Dew at 4pm.

After yesterday's trip to the cemetery, I thought I would check and see what was around at our small local one. It was mainly the usual suspects - half a dozen or more species of Waxcap, and plenty of assorted little brown jobs. There were also large swathes of this grassland Mycena (Bonnet), of which there were a great many yesterday too. It might be a Nitrous Bonnet - interesting small - but to o get a definite ID would require a bit of work as they are a large genus. My field guide has over 35, but a newly published book has well over 100. The book isn't cheap, at around 50p per species, but its an interesting genus which I'd quite like to get to grips with.
