Busy busy busy

Busy day at work today with my colleague (who is leaving and I am replacing) giving me lots of tests on what she has taught me so far. It's like I'm back doing GCSEs so I hope she makes me a certificate!

A photo of tonight's dinner- roasted veggies, chicken breast topped with mozzarella, dauphinois potato and green beans! Happy tummy. Followed by jelly and ice cream- because I can't have a grown up dinner and pudding, one has to be made for kids!
