Diabetes

I attended a short training course about diabetes this morning, and am now an expert. It was a very well presented session and gave us a much clearer understanding of the processes and problems. This little book was recommended for helping to reduce dietary carbohydrates, it is a pictorial guide so easy to use.
I feel a little more able to cater for people suffering this problem now.
The course was held at St Mary's Hospice in Ulverston, seems like a lovely place with beautiful grounds and a good cafe.
