Plate Lunch

That's what they call this in Hawaii. This is pork, although you can choose other meats, white rice and macaroni salad. It's terrific and I found myself close to one of the handful of places in our area which serves it.
As you might imagine, it's "filling". Polynesians don't subscribe to the Western ideals regarding physique, so I'm glad this place is not close by or I would need to learn the Haka.
