Cleaning the rink

The outdoor skating rink at the park runs alongside a lot of trees that have lost their leaves for winter.. SO.. lots of sticks fall onto the ice.. So,, there is someone (or someones) responsible for sweeping them up. I am not sure if this guy gets paid.. but he didn't seem to mind the cold ice.. Doesn't look like his shoes are very thick either.
