Parasites

The first Angelica flower is out and attracting the usual flying insects. Among them I found an ichneumonid wasp with a very long ovipositor. I wonder what she lays her eggs in. I don’t know what the tiny fly is.

Also an extra shot of a small bristle fly, probably a tachinid of some sort. For scale comparison the individual florets are 3x4mm.
