Game 3 with take out!

Today was mostly spent on the road. We drove along the I-10 from Palm Springs to Phoenix. After arriving and settling in to our new accommodations for this next week we had a dip in the pool and then began watching Game 3 of the World Series. Go Cubs Go! We realised it might get quite late before the game finishes and so popped along the road to get some food from Chick-fil-a. Love their chicken and interestingly they do not open on a Sunday. From their website it says that founder Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. He has often shared that his decision was as much practical as spiritual. He believes that all franchised Chick-fil-A Operators and their Restaurant employees should have an opportunity to rest, spend time with family and friends, and worship if they choose to do so.
