All day spent longlisting....getting an interesting group to select from, then nipped to see exhibition opening (how did they get a whole cherry tree, complete with dead leaves intact, into the gallery?!) before S arrived and we all went to Norn. Had the kitchen table so had the chance to watch all the food prep - fascinating - and as always the young staff were full of enthusiasm and the food full of unusual and delicious flavours.
