Extracting the mileage

Motorway driving.....you gotta love it! Well in my job you don't have much choice. Lol!

Left Penrith this morning in bright sunshine came through Birmingham in the early afternoon and it was like a scene from Noah and his Ark, and then finally back home and its bright sunshine again.

I managed to extract 60 miles to the gallon out of the whole journey. Result!

Has the price of petrol/diesel affected the way you drive? Are you more economical? And do you shop around for the cheapest fuel?
