Pie case...not!

So I was going to make pumpkin pie this morning and having lined the pie dish with pastry, I popped it into he oven and left dear Mr PinkPanther with instructions to take it out in due course. I came home 2 hours later to discover that I had apparently made a flat tart biscuit base instead. Doh! (Or maybe Dough!?) No way that is going to hold runny pie filling. Sigh, back to the kneading board.
