Scourge of the skate stopper...

I've got an idea for Edinburgh council. Why don't you spend what might be a rather large sum of money attaching small metal balls to the edge of an already slightly mangled ledge. I mean it would make no sense to fix the ledge first to at least make it look nice before you try to contain and deter people from keeping fit and practicing a healthy lifestyle pursuit. Why don't you also screw up a vote to provide proper facilities which are already paid for to bring Edinburgh's skateboarding provision up to the standard of most of the other cities in the country.

Only slightly bitter after being up to see Aberdeen's new indoor park.
