New Boat, Good Cause

Just arrived at the marina is the new Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust specially adapted yacht.

Dame Ellen MacArthur, founded the trust with the aim of rebuilding young people's confidence in their recovery from cancer.

The purchase was made possible after a £200,000 grant from People's Postcode Lottery.

The new boat will join the trust's existing operations at Largs at the start of the 2017 sailing season.
