Oil painting effect

Not sure how I did this in camera but it came out with an oil painting effect. I put it through the oil painting process in editing and it hardly changed so I have gone with the original.
A stiff breeze off Marahau had the yacht speeding along.
I rather liked the stripey effect of the different sand colours.
Sunny, but that wind had a chill in it after a frost and snow on the hills over night.
