Quince Jam

On 22 Oct I blipped my quince harvest. Here is the result...4 jars of quince jam. Not my usual membrillo recipe, more of a jammy texture but it tastes delicious. It took me most of the morning to make but accompanied by The Archers and Desert Island Discs I was happy!!
