Burning the Summer

Not an eventful day but just what I needed- in the morning chickens wandering in and out the house, a kitchen tidy-up, coffee and a long chat with Vegan Jo, reading in the afternoon a book which made me laugh out loud ( When God was a Rabbit by Sarah Winman) and a snooze and then in the evening  a roaring fire and making fire flowers with dried Hydrangeas and watching Strictly! Ideal!
