Bimble Bee ....

As it rained most of today ... I was too bone idle to go out and get a blip.
So I sat in the living room with the window open onto a Buddleja bush. The bush was dripping from the recent downpour but after a few minutes loads of bumble bees were flitting between the bounteous bunches of magenta flowers.

With the telephoto, I was trying to capture the bees in mid flight between animated pollen stops (it was quite windy). I had many opportunities but little success in "capturing" them.
As if sensing my impatience one of the bees wandered into the living room, settled on the curtain and went for a vertical bimble.
