Busy day

It's been a busy day today so it's an emergency blip again. Pilates this morning followed by a couple of hours work, hairdressers this afternoon, then Aqua aerobics tonight. Given little opportunity for photos, here is me in the hairdressers with a cup of tea waiting to have my hair sorted
