Glen Doll

We decided to make good use of the 'extra' hour and as soon as breakfast was over (at around 12!) we headed north.

The drive takes about an hour (the majority of that on the last 10 miles of single track road) but it is well worth it as the view opens up before you and you see the vastness of the Angus glens. We passed on a climb up Glen Clova and headed on to Glen Doll fior a more gentle 5 mile walk in the warm autumn sunshine.

A good day out
