Edmonton Boy !

Today was one of those days when it was great to be in London. Bright, dry ,sunny, not too cold wet or windy .Decided to head to the V & A Museum to get some Christmas presents .
As I walked through the door I recognised( I am very good at recognising famous faces ) Sir Roy Strong ( famous historian , former director of The National Gallery and the V&A  and lots more ) standing on his own waiting for a friend . He is renown for being quite flamboyant and he looked rather dapper ;-)

Now you know by now I am usually quite shy but this time I went straight up to him , shook his hand and had a short chat about his school days many years ago at Edmonton County ( in Enfield ). !!
