An American Where?wolf in London

I've walked past this road many a time, but little did I know - until today - that it features at the end of one of my favourite films: An American Werewolf in London.
While the majority of the finale of that film was shot around Piccadilly Circus, this is the street where David/Werewolf makes his final stand - albeit without the natty blue building on the right.
May come back on a full moon...
