Physalis

Although I wasn't at work today, C had to go in, so I thought I'd get some cleaning and tidying done. 
I put these physalis in the heap to be thrown out - then took pity on them. I lay them on the  shiny black hob to photograph them- hence the reflections. 
I love the berries in a fruit salad - or in an ordinary salad come to that, but these were just for decoration.
They'll still have to go in the bin tomorrow, but at least they had a short reprieve..
