Early

I'm not sure if it's a new thing, but C*****mas now seems to officially start in the first week of November. I know last year (and every year) I moan about it being early, but this year it seems like a coordinated thing.

M&S sandwiches, Costa's cups are out this week, and the John Lewis advert debuts on Friday.
