Penny Rock Wood

One of those days when it's hard not to take a great pic - fab weather, (ridiculously warm for the start of November!) although a rather plain sky (typical photographer)

The light shining through the trees at Penny Rock Wood was incredible though.

A 0.6 soft edged grad helped cope with the bright skies, allowing me to keep shadow detail in the trees, and I positioned the camera so that the sun was directly behind a tree branch to prevent burning out the highlights.
