Stourhead

On the spur of the .moment I decided to take my Mum-in-law up to see the Autumn colours- so glad I didn't opt for the sunnier day yesterday as apparently they were queuing from the A303!
There was no mobility buggy available so my m-i-l used her lean to trolley - we took 2 hours to go round the lake - I was so worried for her but she was determined and was thrilled with what she saw. She hasn't walked that far for years .
Coincidentally, as we climbed out of my car, there were her brother and sister-in-law who had just been round the walk!

We had a ukulele 'gig' for Gillingham WI tonight - it seemed popular - I'm becoming very good at miming the chords which I can't make at speed!!
