Flowers of gold

This is quite a different blip to what I had in mind when we called into this orchard today.  The kiwifruit vines were covered in flowers (these are gold kiwifruit) extra bees had been released and (very small ones) were very busy. Further down the orchard workers were tying up the new vines - the extra photo shows the wires up which the new vines will climb - these vines will become the fruiting vines in another 12 months.
