Flower ........

 ........... Friday4 (FF4) ... with the "twist" of  FIRE  ..... or, in this case, a very small fire in the shape of a candle flame!!

The photo was taken at around 11pm but ''PicMonkeyed about with'' on Saturday morning ...... it was a looooong day - just shy of 600 miles driven and out of the house for nineteen hours ..... not much energy left for blipping and could only just summon up enough to actually take a few photos!!

Anyhoo - this Christmas Cactus was my Mum's and it was very neglected in the weeks up to her death - I'm not that good with houseplants (altho cut flowers last an age in this house) but I have cajoled it, loved it, talked to it, threatened it with the compost heap and finally it has flowered - yay!!!!

Looking forward to seeing all your other entries and offerings on Sunday morning when stars, BB Hearts and HMs will be sprinkled.
