sunlit trees

The sun was shining by the lake early afternoon but there were dark clouds over the Fairfield Horseshoe. So much colder today that I thought about putting my down jacket on. 

Jane and Jason left mid morning and are now home. Poppy was very well behaved except for squeaking her dinosaur toy when everyone (except me) was in bed on the first morning and barking when the milkman came at 3.45 am yesterday.
