Habit forming

I have been jogging 3 times a week since completing the couch 25k podcast

Feeling proud of my efforts as I have never really enjoyed running

Earlier this year I started making myself eat baked beans after watching a tv program where someone was made to eat vegetables. I have never enjoyed baked beans, always requesting breakfast without them when eating out.

This week, I actually fancied eating them. Weird! Just need to create a few more 'healthy' habits now!
