St James the Great

Today I took a car to Fleet Services to get a new windscreen fitted.

That left me with a bit of time to lose. The bus service to the village was good (for a village) but not good enough to get me into Worcester, back out and to allow me to do anything other than admire the bus station in the time available (I am assuming that Worcester's bus station is as architecturally uninteresting as most others).

So a stroll round the village it was. Stopping off to admire the very pretty and very well kept church of St James the Great. Sadly the church itself wasn't open. The picture is taken inside the church porch.

Then on to the pub for a coffee and to wait for the phone call to collect the car.
