First teaching quilt completed

Today was the last of the block of the month series that I have been teaching. The quilt on the right was the original quilt, and on the left the one I have made as my teaching resource with redesigned appliqué. All the quilts that the ladies made were quite different and we are hoping to all get together in the new year and show the completed quilts.

This afternoon we went to the cycling clubs AGM - funny seeing everyone in non cycling clothing.

This evening we went and watched the city's firework fiesta from the cheap seats, well from a nearby bridge . Home, fire lit and wine opened and telly on. Ahhhhp
