Our Daily Bread

Today was spent with the wonderful Andrew Whitley, bread expert and thoroughly lovely guy - I've said before that I could spend all day listening to him - which is pretty much what we did today as part of Whitmuir Farm's Field of Enquiry programme that I'm taking part in.

He's coming in to Uni to speak to us next week too so am hoping I may save myself a bit of homework next weekend.
