camera shy

I was watching the bees on the betony and trying to get pics but it was very difficult, they do not like having their pics taken and will move onjust when you've got the camera set.
Anyway, managed to get this one.
Running was hard this morning, it was too warm and muggy but I did do the training run I'd planned and this afternoon got some of my back garden jungle cleared away to give other things a chance
