We had dinner at a 100% guaranteed Gluten Free restaurant beforehand.  Skunk's a coeliac and while he's good St identifying what's okay and not on a menu these days, its a refreshing change to be able to look at a menu and pick anything he wants.   He had bread, beer and pasta.
