DIY - BANANA CHIPS

SO, YESTERDAY I FINISHED THE BOOK PART I.
I WAS ABOUT TO FINISH IT THE NIGHT BEFORE, BUT... THE CHANGES I MADE FOR ABOUT 3-4 HOURS WERE NOT SAVED. I CALLED THE  COSTCO CUSTOMER  SERVICE CENTER IN THE MORNING AND THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING, THEY MAKE YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS THIS PROBLEM!!!!  SO I CALLED DELL HELP-DESK AGAIN. SINCE IT WORKED AGAIN THIS MORNING I COULD NOT PROOF TO THEM, WHAT WAS WRONG. AND THIS IS BEYOND 'SAVING' , I MADE AT LEAST 20 BOOKS SO FAR.
ANYWAY, I AM NOT A QUITTER, I JUST CALLED THE COSTCO  CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN - FROM 7 AM TILL ABOUT 1 PM, I ALWAYS GET THE SAME ANSWER, THAT THEY  NEVER HAD  THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. THEN A FRIENDLY VOICE CAME ON LINE AND SHE SAID: YES, WE ARE EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM AND HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO: GO INTO YOUR BROWSER: GOOGLE CHROME, THEN CLICK ON THE THREE LITTLE DOTS, AND GO TO 'INCOGNITO'. DONE! THE CHANGES CAME BACK WITH THE MISSING PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT WAS IT! BUT THIS LADY WAS THE ONLY ONE BETWEEN COSTCO AND DELL - AT LEAST 20 TECH PEOPLE COULD NOT HELP ME. BUT THIS IS WHAT I HAD LEARNED AS A TRAVEL AGENT, YOU JUST KEEP ON CALLING THEM, TILL YOU GET THE RIGHT ANSWER!
I NEED A LITTLE BREAK, BEFORE I AM GOING TO MAKE BOOK NO. II. NOW MY DEADLINE IS X-MAS.
