What's behind door no. 3?

Had to do a sweat test down in paediatrics this morning. Obviously being in paediatrics they have loads of toys and stuff to keep the kids occupied and try and stop them getting too bored.
Unfortunately in my little room there were only a couple of things for me to mess with...well I did have a few minutes while I waited for the kid to sweat...

One of them had little numbered doors that when you pressed/twisted/pulled a button caused an animal to pop up like a jack-in-a-box. Can you guess what was in number 3?
