...or should that be 'nose tweaker' or 'nose-twister' from nasturtium and so called because they produce an oil similar to that of watercress (Nasturtium officinale).

A cascade of colour in the gardens of our street the combinations are ...'like a watercolour in the rain'  (an Al Stewart blast from the past YearOfTheCat )

Ripe for the harvesting and so versatile!
A salad in the making or seed pods popped into spiced vinegar and dotted on smoked salmon, popped in a creamy pasta sauce or even mulling in a Martini...yummm!...and bonus!
Next year they will be back.
Bigger, brighter and better than ever.
