La Sagrada Familia

I wasn't sure whether I'd really like Gaudi's famous church, still under construction. But once I stepped inside it I was entranced. Amazing colours, lights, shapes, everywhere you look. It's much more akin to a northern gothic cathedral than I'd appreciated, but at the same time it is completely original and different. Amazing that a man can have conceived such an audacious design back in the 1890's. Absolutely one of the best buildings I've seen, anywhere.
