Hot for MM

My preferred way of cooking many foods is broiling, so when I saw Hot as the theme  for MonoMonday, I immediately thought of using the broiler on the stove.  Although in color the broiler is quite bright red, in mono it reminds me of the term "white hot" which for some metals is their color under extreme heat.
