Hot Phone

These new arrangements for Motability were heating the phone up this morning!  It was a hot line to several organisations each of which seems intent on making life difficult for those who already have such challenging lives.  This morning it was a demanding car insurance provider, car tax and the organisation providing the information to make contact with the other organisations easier...  We managed to sort out her car tax eventually.  One thing at a time...

So this is for Monomonday Hot!  It did get quite warm outside this morning but the temperature is dropping now and there was mention of snow on the weather forecast just!  Hopefully not this far south.
