The Community Turbine

Another very changeable day starting with a deep red glow quickly followed by sharp fast moving storms. I grabbed this pic as the sun was disappearing behind a dark storm cloud throwing a bright orange colour which highlights our Community Wind turbine.
The turbine is a joint effort between a local dairy farm and the community group called Transition Bro Gwuan. The half of the turbine financed by the community is already paying for itself and ultimately the profits generated will be fed back into the community. I have no problem with the visual impact of Turbines and if the profit can be fed back into local projects for me that a win /win situation.
